how to create Purchase and Sales Ledger tally prime

 Creating Purchase and Sales Ledger (GST for Dealer)

In TallyPrime, you can create purchase and sales ledgers to record your excise transactions.

Purchase Ledger

Gateway of Tally > Create > type or select Ledger > and press Enter.

Alternatively, press Alt+G (Go To) > Create Master > Ledger > and press Enter.

1. Enter the Name of the purchase ledger.
2. Group it under Purchase Accounts.
3. Is GST Applicables Applicables
4. Set alter GST Details:no
5. Type of Supply:Goods 

Accept the Ledger Creation screen.

Sales Ledger

Gateway of Tally > Create > type or select Ledger > and press Enter.

Alternatively, press Alt+G (Go To) > Create Master > Ledger > and press Enter.

Enter the Name of the sales ledger.

Group it under Sales Accounts.

Is GST Applicables Applicables

Set alter GST Details:no

Type of Supply:Goods 

Accept the Ledger Creation screen.
