How to Create Multiple Ledgers in Tally Prime 

Create ledgers in Tally Prime

In this Tally Prime tutorials, we shall learn how to create ledgers (multiple ledgers) in Tally Prime. After creation of groups, you can create ledgers under groups in Tally Prime.

Step 1: Goto Gateway of Tally and Charts of  Accounts .

Step 2: Under Charts of  Accounts , choose the option Ledgers

Step 3: Click on   multi Master option to create multi ledgers in Tally or Press alt+h

Step 4: Click on   multi Create option to create multi ledgers in Tally

Now i will create Five Ledgers which are following bellow 

 

Step 5: in the under group box select groups name in which under  you want to create multiple ledger or select all item. 

Step 6: in the Name of ledger write ledger name such as Purchase, Ram and sons, Sales, Mohan and sons ,Bank of badoda ETC.

Step 7: in the under group box select groups name in which under  you want to create multiple ledger or select all item.  

Step 8: in the under  opening Balance box write last years remain balance
