Method One: Change the Case Without Applying Character Formatting

1. first select text which you want to change 
2. click on format menu 
3. choose text options 
4. now you can select any case style  

Method Two: Change Case by Applying Case Effects Character Formatting

1. first select text which you want to change 
2. click on format menu 
3. choose character  options 
4. click on text effect tab 
5. now you can select any case style
6. click on ok option
